Returning internal users may schedule any day of the week, at any time. New internal users and external users may book scanning sessions during regular business hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
In consideration of the needs of all users, only one business week (5 days) may be booked in a row. If you need additional time, leave at least one day free between your previous and next workstation session. Sessions may be booked up to three months in advance.
On-site assistance is available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Any questions outside these hours may be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org
