Application Steps

Internal Users: email viscenter@nyit.edu to be added to the Google calendar. Users who have been added are able to schedule their own time on the workstations.

External Users: email viscenter@nyit.edu to schedule time. See the Google calendar below for availability.

Scheduling Process

Please check the calendar below for availability. There are five computers available for use.

Returning internal users may schedule any day of the week, at any time. New internal users and external users may book scanning sessions during regular business hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

In consideration of the needs of all users, only one business week (5 days) may be booked in a row. If you need additional time, leave at least one day free between your previous and next workstation session. Sessions may be booked up to three months in advance.

On-site assistance is available Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Any questions outside these hours may be submitted to viscenter@nyit.edu

DO NOT SAVE DATA ON THE WORKSTATIONS! ALL DATA THAT IS LEFT ON THE WORKSTATIONS WILL BE DELETED AFTER 30 DAYS AND BE IRRETRIEVABLE!
